8:40 am - Mandatory Safety Meeting for those shooting on Wednesday.
9:00 am to 5:00 pm - Evil Roy Shooting School (Pre-registration required.)
9:00 am to 6:00 pm - Pre-shoot of Main Match (10 stages) for Stage Marshals, early Vendors, and some shoot workers.
1:00 pm to 5:00 pm - SASS Range Officer Training Course (ROII) (Pre-registration required.)
6:30 pm - Cookout for Match Staff
Thursday July 24
8:00 am - Shooters packet pickup
10:00 am to 4:00 pm - Side events including:
- "The Squall" (three-stage warmup shoot - you must pre-register)
- Speed Shotgun, Speed Rifle, Speed Pistol
- Single Shot Rifle - 200m
- Lever Action Rifle Caliber - 150m
- Lever Action Pistol Caliber - 100m
- Long Range Pistol - 50m
- Pocket Pistol, Derringer
- .22 Lever/Pump Rifle Shooting Gallery - 25m
Friday July 25
7:30 am - Shooters packet pickup
7:30 am - RO Walkthrough
8:40 am - Mandatory Shooters Meeting at Main Clubhouse
9:00 am to 3:00 pm - Main Match (5 Stages)
6:00 pm - Evening Barbeque at Main Clubhouse
6:30 pm - Territorial Governors Meeting at Registration Bldg.
8:00 pm - Cowboy Campfire (depending on how frigging hot it is)
There will not be any "shoot through's" on Friday and Saturday.
Saturday July 26
9:00 am to 3:00 pm - Main Match (5 Stages)
6:00 pm to 11:00 pm - Evening Extravaganza at Main Clubhouse including Dinner, Entertainment, Costume Contest and Side Match Awards.
Sunday July 27
8:00 am - Cowboy Church at Main Clubhouse with Calvary Kid leading the flock.
9:00 am to 10:45 am - Cowboy Trap (Miss Delaney Belle's Snipe Shoot)
11:00 am - “The Showdown” Top Gun Men's Shoot-off (top 16 overall male shooters shooting "one on one") and the "Wild West Sweethearts Shootoff" (top 16 overall female shooters shooting "one on one"). Then the winners of each will shoot for the Top Gun Shootoff award.
2:00 pm - Awards Ceremony at Main Clubhouse. Please dress in western outfits.
